Positive: CleanlinessI received a pre-Thanksgiving manicure when I was just wandering around looking for a place in the city before the holidays. I got the red Essie gel color- it did cost an extra $2 but I think it was worth it since I got approx 8 days of wear (while moving and doing a lot of dishes). It held up really well and I only removed it because it had grown out too much. The place is simple and relaxing and they were extremely efficient which I appreciated.Update: So I came here again a second time and got a different lady. It was a very rushed manicure overall. It didn’t look ‘bad’ but the layers were not even. I could see where the second coat was only covering a portion of the nail bed and the top coat had a marks too. Nails weren’t filed evenly either. The lady did fix one that was significantly different unshaped but seemed annoyed and rushed to get the polish on. I understand that it can be difficult when running a business and that the prices are very affordable, but I ended up taking the polish off two days later and did a better job at home. I usually hope to get something slightly better than I could do at home.My second time was a 1 star experience, and my first time was 5 starts so I’ve updated the rating to reflect that.I received a pre-Thanksgiving manicure when I was just wandering around looking for a place in the city before the holidays. A group of friends and I spontaneously stopped by Spring Nail Beauty Spa for some last minute Pride celebrations – and the experience was well worth it!

I’ve been coming here for years (not consistently) and I never ask for a specific person.

First time coming into this nail salon and I had a great experience! I was immediately attended too and the nail technician wish I asked for her name did a fantastic job on my nails. I asked for sns dip powder and cat eye design, stunning job and I appreciate the time that was taken to care for my long natural nails. I found my new nail place!

$65 for a basic French mani and pedicure with callous remover + tip. no spa add on. 5 seconds out the salon and my nails messed up. Worth $25 at best.

My go-to for UV gel tips and excellent hand painted nails. Always well done and gorgeous, usually lasts around a month. Repairs usually free or cheap and a good deal on fills. Solid pedicures too. Manicure, Pedicure, Nail art, Gel manicures

When I came in for the first time. It was a great experience. They had the colors I liked and had a manicurist named fooni. Fooni did an excellent job. I could be spelling her name wrong.

The lady did a good job with my manicure and massage (although they were confused with what we wanted, even though we made a correct appointment); however, the lady that did my daughter’s acrylic nails was so rough and aggressive. She would grab my daughters hand, turn it sharply, gave her a few nicks, and rubbed the skin raw on multiple fingers. My daughter’s hands hurt so bad that she didn’t even want to get her nails painted. We ended up leaving without paint in the nails. Unfortunately we’d already paid and they did not offer to refund some of the money.

I come here every week for a fresh mani and the service is always great and they do a great job! It’s always very clean and there’s never a long wait, if any at all. Highly recommend! Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

I honestly never take the time to review places but this is by far the worst nail experience I’ve had in NYC (and I’ve tried dozens of salons). I called for an acrylic gel fill and was told to come in.
