Dr. Flowers is an excellent dermatologist with an awesome bedside manner. Every year I get a skin check and she is very thorough and discusses her findings throughout the process. She patiently answers questions and has always helped me with secondary requests during my appointments. She doesn’t leave the room until she is sure you understand any follow up items and all of your questions have been answered. Highly recommend Dr. Flowers.

Although I was very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Flowers at my appointment (kind, professional, knowledgeable), I have been waiting for over 1 1/2 weeks for them to send the two prescriptions she recommended over to my pharmacy. I have called the practice 4 times to try and get this resolved. I keep being passed around to different people, They all tell me they are going to get the prescriptions sent out, but it never happens. No one has even bothered to call me back!! I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a doctor’s office!
