I was gifted a Groupon for a 1 hour massage and facial. I upgraded to deep tissue and it was perfect. It has been a while since my last massage and it was much needed for all the stress and knots. The facial was my very first and a great relaxing experience as well. I am leaving feeling very refreshed.

Loved my massage with Tina. I sent my son and my daughter to her. I came across this place on Groupon and when I read some of the negative reviews, I won’t lie! I was a bit reluctant to buy it but given it was very closed to where I’m staying, I went with it preparing for the worse. I got Tina and I’m so happy I did. She’s the sweetest person I’ve met, and she offered (not pushed) if I want to upgrade to the deep tissue and she showed the difference in terms of pressure ans I opted in for a little extra cost. I ended up really enjoying my massage and my short conversation with her. Please be mindful that this is a small business trying to survive in this harsh economy, so if you can’t afford to pay few extra buck for taxes that Groupon doesn’t factor in, then maybe don’t go there or rather don’t spend the money at all because it’s ridiculous how bad or unfair some of these reviews are. Otherwise, if you’re willing to give this place a try, ask for Tina! She’s super sweet and gentle.

I went here a few years ago for eyelashes to attend a wedding. I loved the result so much and adore Abby who does my lashes that I have continued to go every one week now for over 2 years. I receive so many compliments on my lashes, I wanted a natural look with thicker and slightly longer lashes, which is exactly what I receive. I would recommend this place highly!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI had a Groupon for a couples massage. The rooms were nothing special. The staff was sweet but there was a bit of a language barrier. The massage was decent..not great but not horrible. I would not have paid full price for it though. I think what really disappointed me the most and the main reasons for a one-star review, were three things…1.) There was an undisclosed $8 fee we had to pay. I’ve been to other spas via Groupon and have never been charged “this kind of fee”.2.) As soon as we were done with our massage, they bombarded us by trying really hard to upsell a membership package.3.) And lastly, one of the massage therapists was not content with her tip and demanded more money. She pointed at a sign that displayed suggested tip amounts. Found that very, very unprofessional and uncomfortable. For what was supposed to be a relaxing day, my boyfriend and I left in a very bad mood.Trust the 1 and 2 star reviews.It’s not a coincidence that we are all saying the same thing about up charges, up-sell attempts and requests for extra tip money. Some of those who left good reviews, were bribed with a free beauty care product if they posted a 5 star review, in front of staff, before leaving the spa.Stay away!
