First time here. Wow! Lili did an amazing job on my hair. I asked for a scissor cut, which for short hair takes extra time and precision to get it right. She listened to all my requests and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Everyone else was friendly, the shop was super clean, and people seemed to be well taken care of. Tami was great! She was very patient and listened to my horrible description of how I wanted my son’s hair. She really worked with him because he is naturally a very wiggly kid and grew bored. Every time I go to the Winter Springs location, the staff have been the most welcoming group of people ever. Especially Crystal. Not only did I get a great haircut in a reasonable amount of time, she also did something that no one has ever done during a haircut…. she made me feel like I didn’t want to leave! Of course I left but I never had someone go out of their way to be so friendly and warm and make you feel like you are at home. I am not a conversationalist and I try to get my haircuts in silence. So this is a really big AND good thing that Crystal could make me forget my fears that fuel my social anxiety and enjoy time spent getting a haircut. Now that I know there are people there that will make me want to get my hair trimmed more often, I don’t mind spending my time there.
