I generally go to a customer of mine that owns a salon… But I was desperate and she couldn’t get me in….. so I gave Sports Clips a try. The online check in was easy and convenient and the staff was great. The haircut was pretty good and I would only get better if I continue to go let it done there. I’ll continue to have my normal girl cut my hair….. but in a pinch I will definitely go back to Sports clips! Overall a pretty good experience….. far better then the other large hair cutting franchise!

Second time I’ve gone to get a cut here and checked in online. Time kept increasing over and over so I assumed they were on break. Went inside as I had 3 minutes til I was up with my specific stylist. Well as I walked in I saw him go back with someone who was just waiting in store. The gentleman at the counter then marked me as “in store” from checked in online and my wait time shot back up to We minutes. Ridiculous what is the point of checking in with a specific stylist if your just going to put people who just show up k. Front of you l. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I went and visited Sports Clips today and got a haircut by Jocelyn- immediately I could tell she was experienced with a wide range of cuts, and she took the time to talk to me to understand what I was looking for specifically, and managed to nail it even though I couldn’t describe what I was looking for right.
