Terrible place to take your child. Woman put marks all around his hair line from her rushing so badly. His hair is so chopped up. Everyone working was complaining about being there at all. Maybe 1 inch in the front and 3inches on the sides?! I’ve been letting his hair grow out, just needed a trim out of his eyes and now to fix it we have to buzz him. I wouldn’t be able to set still either if someone was stabbing me. Mad is an understatement. I can’t explain more than she literally messed his hair up in every way possible. & My child is one the barber always compliments on sitting perfectly still.

We showed up 30 minutes before closing asking for a pixie cut for my 13 year old daughter (who decided at 7:00pm on a Thursday, she wanted a summer cut for her last day of school). The stylist knew that by allowing us to check in, that she would be there past closing, and she accommodated us, anyway. She was so kind, professional, and skilled. I’m confused so I went into the shop yesterday and for some reason the lady started cutting my hair… or at least attempting to do then after she put clippers to the back of my head she most definitely stopped the clippers and told me there’s nothing she could do and I should go see an actual barber… am I just wrong for thinking the a facility that gives “haircuts” should only hire licensed barbers and not just someone who’s self taught. Smh overall not a good first experience at all. Ps. And to top it all off i was most definitely asked to pay

It took her 20 minutes from start to finish and that tells me she was not that good. I have to do a comb over twice. I can cut hair better than her and I can prove it.Service: Haircut

After over an hour on the wait board my son was next in line but someone else was called back. Went to the counter to inquire and one of the stylists says “Oh oops that happens it’ll bump names off so just sign on in again”. As if us waiting over an hour was no concern and just deal with it. Went to the counter to inquire and one of the stylists says “Oh oops that happens it’ll bump names off so just sign on in again”. As if us waiting over an hour was no concern and just deal with it. I have been a customer at sports clips for almost 15 years now. Elise at Stonebridge has been cutting and styling my hair and beard for over 10. I have extremely big, nappy & curly hair halfway down my back and have also had hair as short as a 4 on top, taper faded down to a 1 on the sides and nothing has ever been too much for Elise to deal with. Over the past few months due to Elise and I sharing the same off days And me needing to be cleaned up for work I have had to roll the dice and trust another stylist not to ruin Elise’s perfection and both Ms.Diamond and Ashley have done wonderful jobs keeping me maintained and presentable! I couldn’t recommend a better place to get professional treatment from professional and knowledgeable women (not to mention good looking) All three stylists have made suggestions without being a pressuring Salesperson and the knowledge of hair and scalp upkeep Elise has shared with me is incredible a testament to the “MVP” treatment you will experience during your visit there!!
