Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe last three times I’ve tried to take my son in, I’ve tried to schedule using the app, twice the app wasn’t working properly and so I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment. In calling the store they say there is nothing they can do and I just need to keep trying the app. Today I finally got the app to work, I showed up at the recommended time (per the app) and I noticed on the Board I still had a 2 hour and 40 minute wait for my sons Appt. In asking one of the stylists, I was told there was something wrong with the times and that there was only one other person checked in ahead of me. I decided to wait with my son thinking it would be another 15-20 minutes. An hour and a half later, a guy walks in the door, sits down and a minute later his name is called saying he’s next on deck. I’m confused at this point because I was told my son was next. I look on the board and my sons name is gone. I immediately ask one of the stylists what happened and come to find out another stylist accidentally deleted his name and didn’t say anything, I was told luckily I caught it. No apologies. They put my sons name back on the board, we waited another 30 minutes before he finally got his haircut. The cut was okay, not the best, and the reason we go is because my son loves the MVP but he was done, after waiting two hours to get his hair trimmed was too much. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I watched other customers with similar frustrations try to talk to the stylists and were all treated poorly with a “sucks to be you” attitude. There are major issues with the app which should be addressed.
