After twice saying I didn’t think I wanted to, The Stylist convinced me to let her trim my beard because “It would look so good” She trimmed too much off of one side and I didn’t notice until I got hours later. I went back to get a refund for the beard trim, which the manager was helpful with but I wont be visiting them again.

I called in advance being I had to get a cut for a very important work event and had to do so on my lunch break. I was told to check in online and they would keep me at the top of the list for when I arrived at the time I provided being I was in a hurry. I got there and watched literally 5 people show up after me and get helped before me! 2 of which had not even checked in online or had a reservation. Therefore I did not have time to wait and now must attend the work event without a haircut. I will never come here again! Hopefully this prevents this from happening to anyone else in the future.

Got a hair cut, the barber was great, even though he said it was his second day he was very professional and polite, he made the necessary adjustments to my hair cut when I told him I wanted it different. Definitely recommend it.

Sport Clips is a fantastic place for a men’s/boy’s haircut! It’s a little pricier than other places, but the quality of the cut is higher, in my experience. Danielle was the one who cut my hair, and she did an excellent job! The MVP experience is awesome if you’re feeling like getting pampered, but I don’t do that every time. Definitely recommend!

Third try was not a charm yesterday. As I travel a lot for work, I prefer sports clips over any other national haircut chain. But the Spanish Fork location is sorely lacking in experienced stylists. I did my best to give them the benefit of the doubt since this store is closest to my home. And yet, for the third time, I’m left disappointed and embarrassed in the quality of work. Bad blend, uneven neckline, blatant disregard to instructions even after I repeated my preferences. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Starting today as a matter of fact, to try and get this fixed. To the S.F. moderator, train your people more or increase your wages to attract and retain higher skilled professionals. Three strikes, you’re out!!!

I usually don’t go here, but my normal place was busy, and I needed a haircut.Overall, I would say that the facility was clean and the workers were nice. However, the value I get from every other haircut place is just not here. After tip, I spent roughly $30 on a basic haircut.The haircut took much longer than other places (around 30 minutes) and they didn’t cut my hair nearly long enough.
