I wish I could give them 5 stars as they do have some great hairstylists. However today I went in for a haircut and beard trimb and things went bad. The stylist started trimming my beard which isn’t normally what any other stylist have done but no worries yet. Well the beard trim started out bad and as she started chasing issues in my beard it only got worse. I just agreed that the beard was fine so I could hopefully salvage my beard without having to trim it all the way down. She asked if I wanted beard and hair edges lined up and I said yes but there is no lines created for the edges of my beard or neck. My haircut is fairly simple as it is a 1 on the side and medium high fade to a 1.5″top. The start and stop of the fade are uneven and choppy at best. It’s unfortunate that I will either need to trim my own beard to fix it or go to another place to fix this mess. If times are close to the same I would go to the Champlin or Blaine stores, especially if you are looking for a beard trim.

This location is amazing especially Sara B!! She has been cutting my hair for 6 years and has never disappointed. Even when I moved out of the area I continue to make the drive to this location. Amazing atmosphere and people! Don’t change a thing because you guys have it figured out! Haircut

Typically a good place. Clearly understaffed, not excited to cut hair and make extra money on tips. Not the girls fault but maybe upper management not taking care of employees like they should. Wait time doubled because they sent someone to the bank to deposit money and the other lady took 20 minutes to clean up hair… not impressed for how much I tip every time I go. I went to Champlin got right in was treated like my time and business was important.
