Kinzie took care of my two toddler boy’s haircuts and I could not have been more impressed. Hair cuts for toddlers can definitely be a challenge and something we have struggled with. This was the first time my eldest sat still and didn’t cry for a hair cut. The youngest had a rougher time but Kinzie pushed through and got them both looking great. She was quick and precise! My husband has been getting his haircut with you all since you’ve opened and the last two times he’s either had horrible customer service or has had horrible customer service and a not so great looking haircut . It was almost necessary to ask if the young lady was having a good day or not. After telling her how he likes his hair, she tells him she’s not going to do what he said and completely does what she wanted to do, rushed through the service and sent him out of the door. 25 dollars to be treated like an annoyance was not how we intended our evening. Not to mention we just spent another 30 dollars getting his haircut fixed , she cut it way too short for what he was asking . Hopefully better next time or we will not be back

Terrible experience used this place many times but my last time will be my last ever. haircut was atrocious customer service was just as bad. Was told to go back so they could fix it. How were they going to fix it? I asked them You can’t glue hair back they had shaved it past the crest of my head the only other option left was to go bald or wear a hat. Person on the line didn’t reply to my questions.

There were 3 separate times this place was very sketchy with their services. Twice my husband came in around 4 and this guy said they weren’t cutting hair anymore today and they closed at 5. They also didn’t have any customers at the time. Another time the same guy said they weren’t taking cards for the rest of the day. Just very strange experiences with this same guy. Otherwise, the ladies have been great.

The most recent few that have started working in Sedalia can’t cut hair for nothing. She even asked me what I wanted and didn’t even do it remotely close to what we discussed and not to mention she seemed to go as fast as possibly despite it looking horrible. Don’t go there, everyone but one girl in there doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s not worth the $20 you spend to get scalped.
