I’ve been getting a buzz cut here for years, it was 15.00. Recently the buzz cut discount went away. Had to pay the regular price of 22.00. Just went today and price increase made it 27.00. With a tip that’s 32.00 for a buzz cut that takes 10 minutes. I’ve always been happy with the service, the people are nice. I just can’t see paying 32.00 for a ten minute buzz cut. I’ll be going to Great Clips for 18.00 plus tip.

I’ve always come to this specific location and loved it, as well many other Sports Clips locations. Very disappointed with my experience today. I came in for my son to get a haircut, and while waiting, I was smelling hair products on display that I was interested in. I’ve done this every single time I’ve come in because I would like to know what something smells like before I buy it and put it in my son’s hair, which I don’t feel like is unreasonable. There have been multiple times where staff has seen me smelling things and even made suggestions or made comments like “doesn’t that smell so good?” Always very friendly with no issues in regards to me smelling the unsealed products. I was smelling hair gel (which was on display in unsealed packaging) and one of the employees who was cutting hair rudely shouted from across the room, in front of all of the customers, “I can’t have you opening products!” With a tone. I told her I was just smelling them and she said “Still.” Extremely rude. Completely deterred me from buying anything at all and left before my son even got his haircut. I will not be returning to this location. I’m not paying for services somewhere to be treated disrespectfully and where I can’t even smell a product that I’m interested in buying. If it was in sealed packaging and I had been opening it, I’d understand. But I wouldn’t open it to begin with in that case. Maybe if she had approached me and politely told me that she in particular does not like when customers smell products, that would be a bit more understanding. But you’d think that they’d want people to look at and smell products they’re interested in,l. Llike I said, has never been an issue in the past at this location or any other location and I’ve been encouraged to do so. Management really needs to have a serious talk with this employee and the way she handles things with customers, what’s acceptable and what is not. Because things were handled very unprofessionally and in such a rude manner. I’ve seen a few other reviews about customers being treated disrespectfully and I can’t help but think this is the same hairdresser because I have never had any issues with anyone else at this location.

We don’t like Natasha. She pronounced my siblings name wrong. Totally normal expect when I corrected her how to pronounce she didn’t apologize nor try to pronounce it instead she gave me a weird rude look. The look was really unnecessary. Gave her a small tip but I wish I didn’t at all. My sibling also told me that she gave her a weird look too after her haircut. She shouldn’t be working there if she’s going to continue making her customers feel bad.

Although this wasn’t the usual Sports Clips location my dad goes to, they did a nice job on my husband and my father’s haircuts. Signed in and did not have to wait long. Waiting area could use an overall cleaning… but, customer bathroom was tidy.
