I checked in online and there was a 2 hour wait. After half an hour I get a text saying I’m next in line and to come in and risk losing my spot. I called them and they said it was because they’re currently not busy. I told them I can’t get there right at that moment but I’d try to get there as soon as possible. I hurried to get there and when I did it says my wait was over an hour long and they were taking people who came in after me. When I asked about it they said I would still have to wait over an hour and there was nothing they could do. This makes zero sense to me because I had just talked to them on the phone. Never coming here again.

I have been going to this sports clips for the last year and half to have my son’s hair cut. He is a toddler and I appreciate that the employees are very patient and kind with him, especially CJ! I saw that CJ was stylist of the month which seems well deserved I’d nominate them for stylist of the year!! CJ does a consistent great job everytime! I also love the convenience of the online wait-list!
