If you get Katalina as your stylist, good luck. She did not introduce herself, never smiled, and made zero effort to make my 4yr old son feel comfortable. She only spoke once to him, to tell him to put his head down when trimming the back. Made no suggestions to help me determine which level of blade to use. Not personable at all, and seemed VERY inexperienced (the stylist next to her had to give her advice regarding my son’s fine hair).
