I’m seriously balding (I don’t have much hair on my head) I asked for a bald head as I sat down in the chair for a haircut. The stylist said ok. When I saw what she was using I asked her if she had an edger or buzzer for a closer shave. She said she did not , I was charged 10 dollars for absolutely nothing. Sports Clips is not geared or adept in providing haircuts to people of color. The easiest 10 bucs she’s ever made in her life .

My family had a stylist that cut our son’s hair for the first 11 years of his life. Recently her business has grown and it was getting more and more difficult to get in to see her. My son who is on the autism spectrum does not like changes, so we were worried about making the change. He was in need of a haircut, so by chance, we decided to try Sports Clips. We were lucky to get Stephanie who was amazing with him. Without me giving her any prior knowledge of my son’s autism, she knew exactly how to work around his sensory needs and verbally walked him through each step so he knew what to expect. Stephanie has gone above and beyond every time we have come in to accommodate my son’s needs and is pretty fast too. Thank you, Stephanie for your professional and kind service.

Out of the 8 or 9 franchise locations I’ve been to with sport clips, this one was the worst. Somehow a basic mens short haircut trim with fades got completely butchered. Hairdressers scissors were dull and was left with a patchy head of hair cut completely uneven. An 8 year old with some cheap scissors could’ve done a better job. Will be trying the other location if I can’t get back home before needing a redo.

Hildegarda is the worst stylist I’ve ever had in my life, she butchered my hair and moved my hairline up an entire inch. Everything is uneven and looks absolutely horrid. If you see her in the store run, unless you want to look absolutely terrible.
