Went in there to get a haircut and wish I had never walked in the door. I was treated as if I were unwelcome. The lady, Joan, who cut my hair was extremely rude and hateful not to mention she didn’t listen to a word I said in regards to how I wanted my haircut. She just kept cutting me off and said to trust her. She said she was the manager there for a reason and that was because she was the best one who cuts hair there. She not only gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever received, but she nicked the my ear with her clippers. When I said man that was little bit rough and uncalled for she called me a big baby. Regardless of how she thought I was, she had 0 remorse, no respect, and was completely unprofessional. I thought she was just joking about being the manager, but when I asked to speak with the manager it unfortunately was her. SMH I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE and it wasn’t just me she was treating horribly…..she was being extremely hateful and disrespectful towards her employees. She does not need to be managing anything and she sure as heck doesn’t need to be giving anyone a haircut. Wish I could leave -5 stars as I definitely would
