I have tried going here a few times for just a simple “bang trim” for my girls. The first few times were ok, but lately trying to schedule a appointment is horrendous via the website/app. absolutely mind blowing. After the service I received on my last appointment, we will never go back. The service was disrespectful, the wait time upon scheduled appointment time was over 1 hour and the stylist just sat there chit-chatting, uncalled for. Lost my business.

I always come here to get my hair cut. Not gonna lie, I don’t have a lot to work with anymore, so finding someone to do a good job isn’t always easy. That being said, Andrew always does a great job, and he is very nice to deal with. He is so good, I check the app to see if he is working before I check in.

He then said no, over there! I looked up and there was a sign indicating wait time.
