My son has a long on top, short underneath (but won’t let me take him to trim it up until it’s all long) cut which makes it very difficult for stylists. He’s been going to Iva and she has been absolutely fantastic. He says don’t touch the top, she won’t (we’ve had others who have cut a lot even after saying don’t cut), and no matter how long it gets she always seems to get it looking great again. Signed in online. I came into the store and signed in and was “on deck”. The stylist came out and changed the order on the computer so someone else went in before me and I had to wait longer. When I asked her why she said their online checkin was having issues. It appears she wanted to take a specific client as they knew each other well. Beware of the online checkin as it is not honored at this location.

We have taken my son to have his hair cut quite a few times. Never a problem. Today was so bad I feel I need to say something. A worker took my son back to cut his hair. I told her he was looking for a fade but with a bit longer on top. Long story short, she butchered my little boys hair. You can see varying changes on his head where she nearly scalpt him. It was choppy and I asked her to fix the top because she left it uncut and one large chunk was on the top. I could see my son was upset but I didn’t want to make it worse. He cried in the car.
