I walked in without an appointment after I was disappointed by my regular stylist being closed without notice. Jess welcomed me. I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I just show her some pictures. When I left, I was extremely happy and uplifted. Jess was amazing to converse with as she performed her craft and I was so glad to just let her decide what to do with my hair. 10s across the board. Great service, such a welcoming staff and a wonderful experience. I never thought I would write a review for a chain hair salon; I had stayed away from them for a long time after an unpleasant experience. Not sure which stylist my husband gets every time he goes in, but he done told the lady TWICE NOW that she cut his hair wrong & this is the third strike…… This time he came back to me crooked, neck improperly lined up & complete patches that SHOULD have been taken off quite easily still intact! How does a customer tell you EXACTLY what they want, how it needs adjusted from the last time you did it & it is STILL NOT RIGHT!? I’m not bringing him back to y’all.
