I came in on a Friday afternoon after work to get a quick buzz. Megan was able to squeeze me in even though I came close to closing time. I appreciate that she was willing to provide me the convenience of not making a return trip. The man sitting beside me was being quite rude to another stylist. It was obvious he was trying to get free services. Without being rude, Megan, who I believe is the manager, dealt with the situation with professionalism.

Staff, at this location, has a serious attitude problem. In particular, the lady with glasses (on the mature side!) was rude at check-in time. She was not properly communicating and listening to me. She welcomed me and my family with and out-of-bound attitude. We felt unwanted there. So, we left to a different place where service is more cheerful and welcoming.

Got a bad haircut yday at this place. My stylist cut lot more than what I had asked for despite being pretty specific with the length. The massage lasted for less than 30 seconds. The only good thing was the hair wash. I expect to get a better haircut than I would have gotten for half the price at a neighboring GreatClips.

I used to go to “blank” clips close by and get my hair cut and every time it was different and this is the second time I got my Haircut from Megan and it was the same!!!!! She remembered me from last time and really took a effort to show she was interested in her client being happy before they left!! She is awesome! While I was there she had a issue with a mother who was upset about her child’s cut and she was extremely professional about the situation! As someone in a management position I’m glad more places are hiring people like Megan to make things smooth and awesome for every customer they have!!! Everyone was extremely professional and it was extremely clean! If you need a cut as for Megan! She will get you looking good and feeling like a million bucks!
