If you want half of your hair cut and want to come home and do it yourself, then this is the place for you. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place. If I could go back and not waste money on a tip, I absolutely would. I’ve tried this location numerous times and almost every time, disappointment. No reason why I should have to come home and get the clippers out when I just paid someone to cut a very basic short haircut.

Awful…. checked in online. When I arrived I was was on deck, 30 minutes later and being passed over once by someone who just walked in finally they called my name. There seemed to be enough stylists but there was no sense of urgency or care that people are waiting on them. I opted to look elsewhere for a haircut. Hopefully there are options available in the DSM area that provide a better level of customer service.

I received a text that said my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in that window to be told that it was too close to closing time and that I could not be helped. I took the time to drive to this location to get no help. I was very disappointed that I was given false information in the text message.

Took my son to another place and the stylist ignored the hard part that was already in his hair and gave him a SECOND hard part. I was speechless when I saw it – how does that even happen?! Put out a plea on Facebook and was contacted by Niki. She took time out of her day to correct his hair until the next cut. It looked 100% better. I’m no stylist but being able to go in after the fact and correct a total screw up like that is super impressive. She was super sweet to him. I would highly recommend her!!

I dropped my teenage son off for a trim of the sides and back because he’s been growing his hair out for months (specifically asked the stylist not to cut the top) and he came out looking like a 5 year old. I dropped my teenage son off for a trim of the sides and back because he’s been growing his hair out for months (specifically asked the stylist not to cut the top) and he came out looking like a 5 year old.
