Uneven cut areas I spotted after getting a fade with uncut hairs. A franchise business with mediocre at best cuts as expected. Just overall unexperienced and very sloppy work. Probably expected when my hair cut was maybe 5-10 mins in duration. Really bad haircut. Everytime I go to a sports clip it’s usually mediocre or really bad like this. But this hair cut probably takes the cake for being the worst.

I seriously cried for almost an hour. Customer service was absolutely terrible for me. One lady was very nice but unfortunately she was the one who gave me the haircut and totally screwed up my hair line, and it was far from what I wanted done. I question why I even paid , but i did because she was the only one there that was polite and welcoming. It’s cringing knowing I have to wake up every morning for a good month seeing my hair the way that it is and also knowing I have to wait even longer until my hairline is back to normal. No one is perfect but I was very specific about what I wanted. It was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. $27 down the drain.

She explained step by step Everything that she did and stopped frequently, but not excessively, to allow me to inspect her work. Frequently asking for my opinion on the trim as she made me feel my opinion was valued.

I asked for a fade and they gave me a bowl cut with a shaved head no better than great clips but twice the price i asked for a wash and the lady dug her nails into the back of my head do not recommend if you care what you look like, will not be returning.
