Third time visiting the location, I always sign up online and end up waiting at least 45 minutes in addition to the waiting time shown on the waiting list. The last time, I had 11 mins to be on deck then it was changed to 46mins to be on deck, finally it was my turn but my name was suddenly removed from the list. When informed the associate, she put my name back into the list with around 36 more minutes waiting time. This was frustrating experience for me. I asked them to remove me from the list.I will never go to there again.

While waiting in the store, I noticed that the atmosphere was very energetic and cheerful. The customers and hair dressers were talking and joking but at the same time service was being completed within 15 minutes. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

I am not from this area and I was in need of a haircut. I decided to go to Sports Clips at Birkdale Village and I am very happy with my decision. I was greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming environment. I only had to wait about 2 minutes as a Walk-in. Brandy was the barber that cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and personable. She was quick but did not rush. I truly enjoyed my time there. I recommend Brandy and Sports Clips.

First time at a Sport Clips. Walked in and there was a long wait. I was told there would be a 45 min wait. After almost 2 hours of wait, they finally call my name… only to sit me down at the station and then tell me that it wasn’t my turn yet and I had to wait yet another 30 minutes. Needless to say I did not get a haircut that day. Nice first impression.

Go to a barber and pay the 20 or 30 extra dollars for a more thorough and relaxing experience. Trust me. This is not a barbershop. This is a salon and the people who work here don’t understand men’s hair. No one should have to direct the person cutting their hair to be more thorough and attentive.

My hairstylist was very quick to understand how do I want my haircut and kept checking with me if it looks okay and it looks exactly how I wanted.. Go for MVP experience if you are new to Sports Clips and if you are not, you probably do that
