The wonderful and amazing young lady that cut my son’s (7yr old) hair was one of the best most cordial and most definitely the most beauty filled of all the Beautician I have ever met or heard of. Not just outer attractiveness or “pretty” she is women worthy of the term “beauty filled”. Because I am just an ignorant man I can’t even recall her name . I even asked her what it was but was so impressed by her overall ability to quickly and efficiently cut the hair on my son’s head. I was very tempted to return with flowers and ask if she would cut mine as well. Put some fancy artistic touch or picture 9n the side of my head or something.. lol she can do that too.. thanks again.

Checked in online and waited for an hour over our estimated wait time. Stylists were taking clients further down the list that requested them, rather than accommodating the clients that chose first available that were in front of everyone else on the list. Very rude when several customers questioned it. This is the second time this has happened and since the cuts are mediocre at best, we will not be returning.

I will never be back. I got to the store at 3:40 and checked in inside the store. It told me I had about a 50 min wait, so I decided to head home (less than five minutes away) and change before I headed back. When I returned to the store it was 4:15. I had then received the text message saying I had about 15 min until my cut. On the tv inside the store it even said I was on deck but was still never seated. Another 30 minutes later, I then got a message saying my appointment had canceled while I was in the store.. so I asked an employee about it and that I had been waiting for a very long time and she said she would get it fixed. But all she had done was re check me in and I then had to wait another hour before I was finally seated to get my hair cut. The employee cutting my hair seemed to be in a rush and was just going at my hair with no intention. All in all a terrible experience..
