Sport Clips Haircuts of Forest Hill

Positive: ProfessionalismI am searching for a new barber/hair stylist because my barber of over 20 years retired and moved away. Decided to give Sports Clips a try.Although I could choose from several stylists when checking in, there is no way to determine which ones are good and which ones are not. So my selection was based on shortest wait time.I checked in on line (the best way to do it) and scurried down to the salon. Once I arrived, the large screen HDTV greeted me but not an individual.Once the stylist I chose finished with her client, she took me back to her station. She was very professional yet personable and demonstrated skill. The cut went fine and I was pleased. I have never had a shampoo or hot towel or massage after a haircut, so I waived them off and left satisfied with the haircut.It might be nice to have a brochure or something to explain to first time customers the process and what to expect. The cut was a little more pricey than I’ve been paying, but all in all, a good experience and possibly worth a return trip.I am searching for a new barber/hair stylist because my barber of over 20 years retired and moved away. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve getting my haircut at different places for years and found that it is hard to find a good stylist that is consistent and does a great job. When the sports clips in Forest Hill opened, I began going there. Francesca cut my hair for The first time and did an awesome job so I continued to come back to her. She’s a great employee and you should be proud of how well she represents your company. I feel like I’m catching up with a friend when I come in to get my haircut and the fades that she does are perfect. I have recommended her to multiple people. I know if they Come into sports clips and meet Francesca they will not be disappointed. When the sports clips in Forest Hill opened, I began going there. Francesca cut my hair for The first time and did an awesome job so I continued to come back to her.
