The sports clip app is terrible. Today I checked in with a specific stylist. The app told me the wait was 61 minutes, with a suggested arrival time of 2:44pm. No problem. I arrived at the store at 2:45pm and checked in via phone number. I was now FOURTH in line for the stylist. It’s more or less required that the app be used. If that’s the case, then create an app that is accurate and works!! People don’t have time to wait/waste! Just ridiculous!

I didn’t want to take my chances on the other place again (not going to mention their name)and glad I came here. I have no issues what so ever with the way Justine cut my hair. The only problem is that this isn’t her normal location. She was helping out there tonight and has her own location somewhere else. That means my next visit will be with a different hair stylist, hope they’re just as good!

Waited for 25 minutes after I had a 25 minute wait time already completed online. Then when a guy came in saying he was late already he got pushed infront of my. They pushed two others infront of me for the same reason.. I asked if there was anything they could do to help me since I had been waiting close to an hour now. They told me no. And I was gunna have to wait mean while there were now others that signed in on line and got pushed in front of me when I’m the guy in the store waiting patiently and politely but they still wouldn’t help. I had another 32 minutes and more if other people showed up. 1.5 hours to not get a haircut . They are over priced 30 bucks each cut… for very low quality and high wait times. Many other places to go to and support

Kristie started my hair. I say started because she got half way through and realized she didn’t know how to cut my hair. She was nice but was too inexperienced to be on her own. She kept making comments like “your hair is really difficult to cut.” I don’t want to here that. Thankfully she asked Devon to fix it and she did. I like this place but training is apparently an issue.

I checked in online and it was a 2-hour wait which I was completely fine with. I showed up early and could not believe what I was witnessing. The level of urgency from the staff was really low. I watched one person get their haircut for an hour and then a lady took a break. I needed to say something and hopefully ownership will read this. With a normal pace the business could do so much more. I witnessed multiple people leave and potential customers upset. I actually did not even get my haircut I had to leave.

Make sure to reserve a spot before showing up. My dumbest waited an hour and a half cuz I didn’t make a reservation. But the haircut was fantastic and I really enjoyed my time
