Just got my haircut by Brittany. She’s the best hairstylist bar none. They have other good hairstylist which leads to them being busy sometimes. Critical: PunctualityI checked in online and was given a specific time. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited. 15 minutes after the original given time, I was still waiting. Unfortunately, I was on my lunch break and had to leave. I arrived back at work and received a text that my stylist was ALMOST ready for me. Well today will be my last visit to sport clips. I just don’t get how The schedule works when you walk in and many people come in after and they get served first. I don’t want to us an app to get. A haircut. ….don’t expect sport clips values/recognizes you as a customer if you don’t use their app….

The wait at Sports Clips really kind of sucks. I much more appreciated the first come girst served model, but now the online check-in model allows for people to plan a hair appointment, schedule a hairdresser and not be there when you are waiting for the next available person. The haircuts themselves are great, though if I could give myself a fade at home, thry would have lost me as a customer.
