If I had an option for 0 stars, That would be my ideal rating for my trash haircut that was given to me. I don’t remember her name but I asked for an easy fade and what I got was uneven hair on both sides. One side was a 1 all the way and the other side was an actual fade. At this point, theirs no fixing it but to shave my head bald. I was so upset because I had a big event and I relied on them to give me the right look on my head. To top it off, I had my two sons cut their hair as well by a different lady and asked for a fade too for them but what they got was uneven hair on the top and the worse fade I’ve ever seen! It looked as if a 10 year old was trying to cut their hair. This place is garbage! Save you some money because their cuts are not even worth a penny!

I have been taking my son here for the last couple of months and the only issue I had was the young girl who cut it the first time did not do what I asked and seemed very confused the whole time, fast forward a few weeks later we tried it again and had a different stylist who actually did what I asked so we continued to return but specifically for her then the last time I went we waited over and hour at the location past the time we had booked our appointment for and then didn’t get as much trimmed of his hair as needed because I didn’t have time to get her to cut more as we were already running behind for something we had to do that day, but I let it slide, Well today my husband went in there and literally got the worst hair cut of his life and the young girl who messed up my sons hair messed up his hair! He had to then go pay someone ese to almost cut ALL of his hair off just to fix it!!! This employee should not be allowed to take clients until she learns how to cut hair and listen to what customers want. Also the manager should step in and help fix a situation when a customers hair is getting so messed up instead of standing there doing nothing! This location has lost our business and I will be sure never to recommend them to anyone!!

Opted to go with whoever was available and was greeted by someone who looks like the were dragged out from under a desk after taking a nap and the level of care and attention she put into my haircut matched her unfriendly and uncaring demeanor.

Used to be great, but last several visits have been a struggle. They’re clearly short staffed. Long waits to be seen, even if you reserve online and show up on time. My last visit only had one person there that was clearly in over her head from the chaos. She had to lock the door to keep people out that had appointments. My MVP was rushed and cut short so she could multitask. This post is not a complaint about the stylist, but about the management.
