New to this location and normally don’t leave too many reviews but Molly does an amazing job! She is very personable/professional and does a great job cutting hair. You can tell she puts a lot of pride into her work and can translate what her new customers are wanting as she did for me when I had a tough time articulating what type of haircut I wanted. I will keep coming back to this location as long as I’m in the area and recommending friends to come here. Please value stylists like Molly.

Critical: QualityMy child has been going here for about a year now, maybe longer. Normally his haircuts are okay(could be better but i didn’t complain). They became better throughout the time. He went today to get a haircut for his first day of school and the hair cut was awful. His hair was not the same length nor was it blended together(due it not being the same length). He has more hair at the top and the back looks like he is almost bald as if he is in the military at a young age. He even have some patches of baldness where there isn’t any hair at all. This was the worst experience ever. I wasn’t the one who took him unfortunately. There is no way to fix his haircut because he will be bald completely. I am very disappointed by this visit. I signed in online and arrived 10 minutes early. I was asked if I signed in online and I said yes. I was then told someone would be with me. I sat down and ended up watching several people go in front of me. When they took the next person (who had just gotten there) I asked what was going on. I pointed to my name on top of the board and I was told this guy requested her and she would get me next. After waiting over 20 minutes I was not going to wait anymore. I do not recommend this place nd will not be back. Absolutely terrible customer service.
