Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI got my hair cut here last week and I didn’t really know what to get, I wanted to try something new out and couldn’t make up my mind. So the woman who cut my hair, Tamar, was very good. It was probably hard working with me with how indecisive I was but I let her do what she want with my hair with some broad guidelines and it turned out great! I got rid of the mop on my head and I love my new look. It was also my first time getting my beard trimmed professionally and she did a great job with that too, I’ll most likely do that again. She used a product that softened my beard as well as other things and they were all good products I would buy. She really went above and beyond to treat me and get me feeling my best, and she was pretty quick too. I got my hair cut here last week and I didn’t really know what to get, I wanted to try something new out and couldn’t make up my mind. So the woman who cut my hair, Tamar, was very good. It was probably hard working with me with how indecisive I was but I let her do what she want with my hair with some broad guidelines and it turned out great! Mady. Mady is professional, but extraordinarily personable. She chats with you, but doesn’t make it awkward. She does both my and my girlfriend’s hair really well, which is very hard to find, and while she recommends products she isn’t pushy. I really enjoy getting the mvp treatment at sports clips, the hair cut is good, the hot steam towel is probably my favorite part, and then the shoulder massage feels pretty good, but the real reason I and my girlfriend keep going back is the hair stylist (dresser?) Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad my hair cut by Josephina and receivd the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She, on multiple occasions stated that I had “too much hair” and couldn’t see what she was doing. An all around awful experience.
