Went it to get a low fade. I was greeted and felt welcome. The reason for the one star review is due to how rough my hair stylist cut my hair (Misty). After nicking me once, she apologized and continued to do a great job with the overall look of my hair. Unfortunately, towards the end, she wasn’t careful and cut me two other times in the back consecutively . I gave her a good cash tip but it’s the last time I will go there.

Terrible service! Checked in online & upon arrival only to get a text saying I didn’t arrive after waiting 20 minutes in the location. Stylists proceeded to take other customers even though my son’s name was on the check-in screen in the store. The staff’s solution was to ask me to wait another 20 minutes. No thank you. Plenty of other haircut establishments that provide better service in the area.

This was my first time to have at this Great Clips location. Marcus gave me a great haircut, he listened to the way I wanted my hair cut. The stylist that cut my hair for many years at the Denton Tap location needed too move on due to medical reasons. I tried the Flower Mound location and was disappointed.

I don’t yet trust salons, because the people of Texas have been doing a remarkably awful job of isolating and social distancing. But, as I recall, Sport Clips has always offered a good value — I particularly enjoy the massage portion of the MVP service.

This place used to be pretty good, but with a constant changing staff, quality has gone downhill. I get a pretty simple cut (2’s on the side and fingertip length on top) but the stylist couldn’t cut the top down to what I normally want, so I gave up on that front. Plus the clippers and scissors weren’t well kept so that caused a fair amount of discomfort. Plus she managed to take out a decent chunk of hair from the back. I wouldn’t recommend this location anymore.
