I’ve been a customer of Sports Clips for many many years and bring my son with me as well. I usually go to the Willowbrook location but this time I couldn’t get out there. Today 11/2/21 I was at the Conroe location. I had checked the online wait time and had it ready to check in when I walked in the door. I have never been spoken to by any stylist at any of the Sports Clips location as I was today by the stylist in this pic, Jamie I think her name was. I was pulling out my phone from my pocket to finalize the online check in process when she said to check in with my phone number at the kiosk. I looked up and noticed she was talking to me and gruffly demanded that I check in at the kiosk. Before I even got the chance to reply that I was finishing up the online check in she rudely asked it I was getting a haircut and in a demanding and irritated tone once again told me to check in at the kiosk. Any way, I did not choose her to cut my hair for obvious reasons and I am glad I didn’t. If I see that she is there when I look online next time I definitely will not even go there.

I walked in hoping that the quick seat I got was a precursor to an excellent haircut experience. I was COMPLETELY wrong. The stylist (Crystal I believe) seemed brand new. I asked for a simple Mohawk haircut that took her almost an hour to do. At the end she left stray uncut hairs and never even bothered to wipe the cut hairs off my face or neck. I do not recommend this place if this is the quality of service to expect.
