I haven’t tried going to a sport clips in years. I went on the app and made an appointment at this location. Drove 10 minutes to get to there and the door was locked and no one there during the day on a Thursday. Open sign was on though. Got back in my car and got a haircut elsewhere. Won’t be coming to this location or sports clips in general again.

Took my son there to get a haircut for senior pictures. The stylist was rude and gave him a TERRIBLE haircut. Now I have to find a barber to fix his haircut at the last minute. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!! Haircut

I went for the Grand Reopening and they told me that the MVP treatment was included for the promotion and I told them I still didn’t want it. But since my haircut was done and my son wasn’t they told me just to do it,so I did. When I went to checkout I asked why it was so much and I noticed that they charged both me and my 4 year old son fit the MVP. And they charged him as an adult? They then changed his price to a child and I asked again why mine was so expensive and they just told me that was the price. After I paid they told me that just a haircut was cheaper, which is what I wanted! They then offered to refund me the money they owed me? I asked multiple times about the price and they said nothing until I already paid. This was done by there training manager, who knew exactly what she was doing.
