3 kids.wait took forever. Online would check in and I still had to wait longer with 3 kids. First kids hair cut went fine second she rushed to the point there was no going back after the first cut. Complained it was too short, she then proceeded to cut to make it even since she screwed it up. Complained he looked bald considering it is such a light blonde. She didn’t care just kept rushing to get the 3rd kid done who was already whining because she was last. Took 2 hrs. .. absurd. Came in only 2 waiting. When I registered it put me in, Instead of taking one of the kids they still kept taking the online making them wait longer. The lady was by herself but no excuse to rush. He looks horrible and she tried telling him she loves it. All I want to do is cry.

I’ve been coming to Sportsclips for a few years now in Bristol. Since 2016, I believe. I have a pretty straight-forward haircut; there’s nothing particularly special about my demands. However, I have never been overly impressed by the customer service here at this location. There’s always something about each visit that doesn’t sit well with me. Rarely/occasionally do I feel that the hairdresser deserved my tip. After today, I will never be coming back. I understand customers are offered the convenience to place an appointment online, but there needs to be some merit honored for coming as a walk-in. Why, do you ask? Well, if you don’t make an online appointment, their greeting goes a little something like this:
