Spirit Wellness is fantastic. I had been going to another massage therapy location off and on for the past seven years. Then a couple of months ago, I decided to try this place. It was a very good decision on my part. The ladies here do a wonderful job with reflexology (foot massage) or deep tissue massage. The best massage therapist here is a lady named “Nicole” She is very professional, courteous, and friendly to the customers. I would recommend this place to anyone with chronic back pain or diabetic neuropathy.

First time I have gone to Spirit Massage, found them on Groupon. To be honest it has been hard to find a good massage using Groupon but I finally have! I am a year out from a lung transplant and had to wait a long time before indulging. The wait was worth worth it; I failed to get the name of my masseuse but she was perfect. I made the appointment based upon some excellent reviews which were not accurate…this visit was more like the review with 1 star. Room was very plain & table was covered with a sheet that had a hole & the face hole was covered with a paper towel. Since there was no room ceiling so I could hear everything & everyone. The lady did not know how to properly use stones & rubbed them very fast over my body instead of incorporating them in the massage. There was No salt soak at all. Just rubbing salt on my hands & feet Really? Don’t plan on returning.
