I am a first time customer here and I saw Amy for a pink solar balance with gel polish. She was super friendly, appreciative of the business, and did a nice job. She asks along the way if everything is okay, which I really appreciate. I did have an issue 2 hours after I left of two of my nails having paint bubbling and peeling off. I called and she had me come back in to fix them. She redid those two nail and dried them a 3rd time under the UV light due to the color that I chose for good measure. That did the trick! It is 5 days later now and they are still good. Can’t ask for better customer service than what she provided! She really tries to give you a perfect set of nails. I highly recommend coming to see her and I will be back.

I left a review back when it happened but magically its gone. I was here last July and have not had my nails professionally done since. I told the technician that I was a barber and I’m rough on my hands and I needed something strong. She insisted on making them thin to make them “look natural”. The acrylics ended up too thin and disformed from the top. They started lifting within a few days leaving me to soak them off within less than a week, so my clients hair won’t get caught under my nails. She was too fast and too rough. For what I paid and what I got I felt got like I was getting a Great Clips quality for Penzone prices.

Super clean, relaxing atmosphere! Amy did a great job on my pedicure and made me feel so pampered! She checked in with me often to make sure I was doing alright, and oh my goodness, the leg and foot massage were wonderful. Not to mention my toes looked great, and the color Amy picked out was just what I was looking for. I walked out a new woman! Thank you for a great experience! I will be back!

Literally the best pedicure I’ve ever had! My feet looked and felt great after. They took special care of 84 year old grandma which made for an even better and more relaxing experience. I will definitely be back.
