Today was my first visit at this spa and let me tell you it’s everything. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing and it’s top notch. Listen so yourself a favor and book Karen for your facials.. Karen is totally amazing and I’ve had many facials, but this by far is the best facial I have ever had. 5 stars to the team at Spavia. I’m a forever customer now!

I tried this place on a Groupon and it was worth it. Kind of a far drive from uptown for me, but I liked the ambiance, luxury robes, slippers and how clean and modern the place is. I do wish they had a more relaxing music to put me to sleep and the massage person I had(I forgot her name) was good and checked in with me on type of pressure I liked and what areas to focus on. I think a great massage is relaxing and relieves the tension in the areas while feeling so good you can fall sleep – no talking. I didn’t get a membership, hesitant to try the facials and I don’t want anyone messing up my skin. But I would recommend people to try here once and see if they like it. I’d love to know other areas in Charlotte I can get top notch quality massage- like experienced and licensed and knows exactly what they are doing. Not sure if it’s because I had a Groupon I didn’t get the best. But i would come again and try without a Groupon.

Spavia delivers! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by bright smiles and relaxing vibes. You are then taken to a locker room where you change into a plush robe and slippers. While waiting, you are in a dark relaxing room with hot tea. I had a facial with Jena. She is the best! I appreciated how she listened to my concerns and then explained how she could help. I left with glowing skin and great products. Needless to say, I bought a package and will be returning monthly!

The receptionist was very informative and welcoming. The spa was clean and smelt amazing- I walked in already feeling relaxed. Jena is someone I would highly recommend for any facial. She was very calming and attentive; began great conversation, but knew when to stop and let me relax in the moment. The environment was spot on, and quiet throughout the building. Afterwards, her recommendations for products were spot on, and was very knowledgeable, but was not pushy with trying to “sell product” like other spas do. The spa is located in a great location, and I felt safe and in a safe parking lot. Ultimately, I had great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

The place is an oasis of relaxation. I loved everything about my visit. I’ve never had any type of a facial, and I have only had a massage once in my 3ish years. The massage was catered to my preferences with scents that I got to choose. The massage therapist was awesome not too chatty and very in tune with my needs. The facial specialist did an incredible job with my facial. Definitely recommend you try it out sooner than later. I plan to return very very soon.

Lea was a great intro to the establishment, had me well informed and comfortable before my massage. Brian made sure all my preferences were met during my massage and I felt well relaxed afterwards. If you’re looking for a relaxing self care experience, Spavia is the perfect location. They have a very personable staff that greet you at the door, calming smell and knowledgable massage therapists. I got a deep tissue massage from Jessie that really helped relaxed a previously sore a tense body. They pay very close attention to detail to create a enjoyable experience. If you’re in the Charlotte area, you must visit.

Lovely experience! First time in to the spa and was greeted and given a tour. Everything throughly explained. Nice, quiet relaxation room until it was time for my deep tissue massage. Jamilla was extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I even schedule a return visit! Definitely recommend.

Spavia is a beautiful day spa, with the most relaxing tranquil atmosphere. My facial with Jen was a life changer in “why haven’t I been doing this every month”? The massage therapist worked on my troubled stressed muscles & I felt the tension leave my body for days. I can’t say enough great things…you must experience yourself.
