I had an awesome experience at this spa everyone was so welcoming and professional. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. My Massage Therapist (Tony) Give me a 90 minute massage, I had multiple issues and previous injuries he addressed everyone of them. Very knowledgeable and very professional I recommend him to anyone that wants a great massage he has lots of experience. Take it from a massage therapist myself. It was great coming to Connecticut and having this experience. I will definitely be back in the next month and I will surely book another appointment.

I bought 2 Groupons for my friend and I for her birthday. We went on 7/30/2022 for 11:20am appointments. We arrived and they confirmed our appointments, set us up in the waiting room and I was called in first for my massage. When I finished my massage, my friend informed me that she didn’t get a massage because the massage therapist didn’t show up. The front desk associate did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell us that the massage therapist want there yet when we got there. 0/10- will never be back!

I’ve come to Spavia twice now and each time has been amazing. The receptionist are extremely friendly once you walk in and everything is extremely organized, clean and very welcoming. I saw Sejal today and I’m so glad I did. Sejal listened to where I was having the most pain and tension and pinpointed it exactly and I came out relaxed and feeling brand new! I’ve never had that from a MT before and I’ve gone to many other places in the area. She respected the areas I wasn’t comfortable with and worked well on the areas she knew I needed work on. Her conversation was warm and friendly as well! I’ve recommended this place to my coworkers, family and friends. I recommend booking with Sejal if you are interested in trying it out! But I am sure every MT there is fantastic! 🙂

The therapist I had gave me a facial and detox body wrap which was amazing. I had the Cocoa Vino facial which my facial glowing afterwards. The therapist I had gave me a facial and detox body wrap which was amazing. I had the Cocoa Vino facial which my facial glowing afterwards. I love it here! I’ve had several massages from the massage therapists at Spavia and have never been disappointed. I had a massage and facial today and it was one of the most relaxing experiences. I’m happy with everything! Just the set up of the spa invites you to leave your worries behind. It’s clean and smells good. The robes, warm neck pillows, tea, aromatherapy are all great. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My services are always top notch. The mango scented massage lotion is my favorite. I love the products used for facials too. Thank you for making my birthday special, Spavia!

I don’t even live near here but I would easily take a 40 min train to come back. This place is so soothing. Tony is incredible, I usually feel a bit strange with male masseuses but he was so respectful and made me feel comfortable. Janelle at the front desk is also so sweet, made my day. I had my second visit to Spavia for an 80 min deep tissue massage with Jacqueline and it was fabulous. When I asked, Jacqueline was able to give me information about issues with certain muscles and what could be causing them, or what could fix them. She was so wonderful and thorough. Highly recommend Spavia & Jacqueline!

It’s very clean, quiet, and a relaxing spa atmosphere. You are offered a robe and sandals when you get there, a quiet room to sit with a warm neck wrap, and have a tea/water while you wait. You can choose the music you prefer, along with options for lotion scents, and conversation preferences. They really do a good job making sure you can choose exactly what you want. Parking is validated if you park in the parking garage behind the spa. I liked it so much I purchased a monthly membership. Highly recommend for some self care!
