Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis nail salon is filthy. With clipped nails and dirt on the floor. The wait is horrendous although you have an appointment. I sat for a half hour with my feet in cold water when I started noticing flies buzzing around. Nobody there seems to know what the other is doing. They told a customer that she could not get her nails done despite the fact that she had an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure and they were soaking the powder gel off as she was getting her pedicure. She had a wedding to attend. They ended up doing it anyway but put a lot of stress on this poor girl thinking she wouldn’t be able to have it done. This nail salon is filthy. With clipped nails and dirt on the floor. The wait is horrendous although you have an appointment. I sat for a half hour with my feet in cold water when I started noticing flies buzzing around. Nobody there seems to know what the other is doing. They told a customer that she could not get her nails done despite the fact that she had an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure and they were soaking the powder gel off as she was getting her pedicure. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDisgustingly dirty hole in the wall. Stay away!!! The gentleman did my GEL manicure in 20 minutes, the table was filthy and covered with clipped nails, the equipment is horrible looking, the plastic covers they have as protection are covered with the dust. My pedicure was performed by another lady who put zero effort in even pushing cuticle on my toes, she insisted on another color other than what I chose, didn’t even finish polishing my pinky toes. The owner I think her name is sunny Is loud and obnoxious, disrespectful of the privacy of their guests. The whole staff was running back and forth between their clients doing mani pedis without finishing one guest at a time. I had an appt when I came they acted like I didn’t have one. The gentleman did my GEL manicure in 20 minutes, the table was filthy and covered with clipped nails, the equipment is horrible looking, the plastic covers they have as protection are covered with the dust.
