I’ve been a customer from 3 buildings ago. My daughter grew up around the haircuts and had birthday parties there. I love the products and massages. Great for gifts anyone would love it. Best to pamper is the 3 hour package. Every person I referred was not disappointed and went back on a regular bases. I wonderfully relaxing experience.

My bridesmaids and I made bookings for massages and manicures last Friday before my Sunday wedding in the area. As it was a Friday, we were lucky that the spa was not crowded and we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge room and had it, for the most part, to ourselves. Everyone was generally pleased with the massages.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The service was impeccable from start to finish. We had a couples massage and couples pedicure. Next time we will be booking an entire day. Thank you ladies for a day we won’t soon forget.

Spa is beautiful and front office staff was great. If you go, ask for anyone but Holly. I thought it was her 1st day she was so bad. No conversation, bare minimum services. Cold water foot soak. Too many complaints to list. My daughter in law was with me and was well taken care of by Deb. Don’t think there will be a second visit.

I went as a girls day out, and it was my worst experience at a spa yet. The message was seriously awful it was more of a gentle rub down with a ton of oil. I didnt even get any relief of any knots or stress while there. On top of the horrible massage it was the most expensive place ever. It cost me over 115 dollars. The girls and I will NEVER go back we are very disappointed.

This spa was offering a discount special of %50off any service with a $10 donation to a cancer cause. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves doe to this special. We have were to this location some time back, although usually going to the one in Pittston for which the price is half the cost and the service is twice as good. When I initially phoned this location to take advantage of the special I asked the price of the couples massage and it was $220. They also told me the special was valid at the Pittston location, but when I phone there, I was informed the casino location was mis-informed and that the special was only valid at the casino location. So, we went ahead and booked it COMPLETELY RELYING on the special price. We arrived 15 minutes early, got into our robes and filled out the paperwork before being led into the couples room. (which by the way, in someone else’s view they described it as “gaudy”, and I could understand why). On the form, they ask for any areas you would like more focus on as well as areas to avoid. I requested more attention be given to shoulders and lower calves. My partner and I compared notes later and agreed that our therapists were pretty much “non descript”. Nothing negative but there wasn’t anything special that would make you want to return to them. They did a “signature” massage which was relaxing but a lot of jerky and light motions rather than long, silky pressure. No special attention was given to the areas requested, in my opinion. The upsetting part of this is the when we went to pay the bill it rang up @ $179!! Now, when I had the math calculated in my head, it would have been 50% off of $220 or $110. Add to that the $10 donation. When I questioned the price, I was told they automatically add a 20% gratuity to the original price!!! This amounted to $44!!! I told the girl that this was not legal, because a gratuity is just that. As a paralegal, I have seen this argument before and it never holds, but the businesses rely on the patrons kind of putting their tail between their legs and not causing a scene. In this case, we did something like that. I questioned it in detail, but the girl would not budge. At first, she was NOT handing me a receipt but, then did so. However, it is next to impossible to figure out how they charged . When checking the next day with the credit card company, they somehow reduced the charge to $159. I think this is because they charged two $10 “donations”, which we paid cash, but they also added into the fee. Bottom line is, no one should be made to pay a “gratuity” determined by someone else.Honestly, these two therapists WERE NOT worthy of receiving a $22 tip on top of their salary. Hell, I don’t make that much!! We will NOT be returning to this location, but will stick with Alexanders.

Got to spa one hour early, the check in lady barely walked us back to the common area…gave us robes and quick run down…left us there never checking in on us…couldn’t work the wet sauna…had to go out and ask her to show us…then 30 min later tried the dry sauna and once again had to go out in my robe and towel through the hair area to get her attention. Its now 1115 and our appt was for 11 we were getting 60 min massage and 30 min add on…no one in the area to ask us or grab our clip boards…i go out to ask and the girl who is congregating with the spa technicians..says “oh they are getting their oils ready…will be out to get me in a minute”…i ask her if my massage will still be a full hour right? she says oh yes of course! they finally get us and then set us up and disappear to read our clip boards…why they waited to do that while our clock was ticking…was annoying…we then have to select 2 free complimentary services (for example…hand massage/scalp massage…these were not given as extras at all) we get our massages, they are good (even though my lady was scratching my back…which was nice but weird…i have gotten alot of massages and never got that done before)…never massaged our feet..but i guess because we were getting the “add on ” foot massage they decided to do it then..after we are done…i say to my husband…doesn’t seem like an hour and a half? because it wasnt ! they finished us on time! as if we started at 11am…we got dressed and decided not to ruin the massage, or the rest of my day and i didn’t want them to think i was looking for something for free…but i couldnt let it go without writing a review. They probably see alot of “transient” people…but its a shame to spend almost $400 and not get what you pay for. Be aware of your time..oh and btw its a very common area that is both boy and girl…so when you are in sauna (dry and wet) people who are waiting in the common area can stare at you or even worse have phones and might be taking pictures…its not set up at all for relaxation…especially if crowded…its like you are on display…and hopefully no creepy people are there while you are looking for some down time…I am definitely not recommending it or GOING BACK!

Let me start off by saying that I usually don’t leave reviews and I was not going to this time either but I noticed I keep thinking back to the service I received at Spa Sapphire every time I look at the mirror so I figured why not let them know how disappointed I am. I came in on Saturday to get my hair done only to find out that my stylist called off and someone else will be taking care of me. That stylist was triple booked and I ended up spending 4 hours at the salon which was very inconvenient because I had to make arrangements for the babysitter to stay longerer when she could and expected. Because the stylist was overbooked and had to take in other clients I was put on a tiny low stool pedicurists use for an hour so I don’t mess up the nicer chairs with the dye from my hair. I was getting irratated at this point but thought okay let’s see if the result is good I won’t care. Well let me tell you the result wasn’t what I expected at all. I wasn’t doing anything crazy or expecting to go from dark brown to blonde etc I had an ombré which I wanted to refresh with my roots a bit darker and my ends a bit lighter. I had a picture of how I want it to look and was assured multiple times that I will end up with the color I want and will “definitely see the difference”. Well I ended up not seeing the difference at my roots AT ALL, some random orange reddish strands around my face and ruined brassy ends. I was and still am extremely disappointed and will never come back. I didn’t color my hair for 10 months and was looking forward to get a nice refreshment after taking such a long break to recover and grow my hair. I paid $180 for the service and left very dissapointed. Previously another stylist that doesn’t work there anymore took great care of me and I always left happy and never paid as much. 1 star.

Wonderful Experience from start to finish. Prenatal massage was explained in depth and was so relaxing. Also, we never felt rushed and the atmosphere was beautiful.
