I went to Spa Rejuv, in Bernardsville, for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. I went for a facial bc my skin was feeling very dry and rough. The service was wonderful. My master esthetician, Valerie, was so kind and well informed. She took the time to talk to me and examine my skin and then recommended a course of action. She spent more time examining me then my dermatologist! I felt like a new woman when I left. I will definitely go back again and I plan I bringing my daughter too. Thank you Valerie!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of going to Lourdes for facials and most recently had Vivace Rf micro-needling with her at Rejuv Spa. She has extensive knowledge of skincare and is a skilled medical aesthetician and has a wonderful personality. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I’ve just about had it with this place. I had one really great spa experience here a few months ago and had attempted to book two more times with this place. The second time I had something booked, the receptionist failed to let me know that the massage therapist wasn’t going to be in. She waited until I was sitting in the waiting room for a good 10 minutes before telling me that she “Meant to call me…” and was unable to get to the phone inside of the office to notify me of this. Considering I had taken off from work and was looking forward to my appointment, I was fairly irritated that she completely brushed me off and shrugged as if it wasn’t a big deal. I wasn’t even offered anything for this being an inconvenience. But, I tried to give it another chance. I booked over a month ago for my birthday this month online. Was just notified not even a week before the appointment date that they had accidentally double booked and asked if they could move my appointment to another time. I don’t understand why I’m being asked to move MY appointment time if I had booked far in advance. I told the caller that I would have a busy day and that it would throw my schedule off since I had booked in the morning. She apologized but I felt again, brushed off as a customer. Wasn’t offered anything for this AGAIN being an inconvenience. If you’re going to run a business, please do not brush off your customers. We are paying your business for your services. If your website is not working, then take down the option to book until it is fixed and for gods sake, please let your customers know IN ADVANCE if you are going to change anything, even cancel so that we’re not wasting our time. The massage therapist I had the first time I came was wonderful and sweet, which is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. Otherwise, business wise — not good receptionists and your scheduling is terrible. I had high hopes for this place but I won’t be coming back.
