Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I was looking to purchase a perfume for Christmas for my sister in law. I just wanted to get her a perfume box set because I honestly don’t know her that well and just know she cares about material looks/looking mainstream rich. This older woman who’s either Persian or Arab came over to ask if I needed help, and she proceeded to ask if I was interested in smelling the Louboutin perfumes they had, and it was the last day they would have it for sale. While she was preparing a perfume stick, she asked what my budget was, I said around $150, and then she stopped being friendly and smiling, and stopped exactly what she was doing and said this is $300. This felt extremely rude, not only to me and my friend who was shopping there with me. The level of customer service then went down hill the entire time. She didn’t seem as interested, and just tried to upsell me the highest bottle she think she could.

Have been coming here for many years. The management and facility have gone downhill since this past year. Had an appointment message, did not get a confirmation call. I arrived 15mins early, only learning that they told me a different appointment time and I was late. The message therapist told me that their manage is managing 3 different departments there. Everyone else quit and their pay got cut. They also had the wrong information in the computer with some other person’s phone number. Seems like they need to get their act together. What a huge disappointment, won’t be back anytime soon.

Critical: CommunicationI drove 40 minutes to my massage appointment because I prefer spa Nordstrom. I was in the spa waiting on my appointment and was told that the massage therapist would not be coming in today. I am just disappointed and wish they would have communicated this before my appointment time.

Critical: QualityI like the atmosphere here and staff has always been nice and welcoming but unfortunately their services don’t match the prices you pay. They lack the level of attention, cleanness and skillset that you’d expect for a $90 manicure but instead I left with a very bad and uneven nail polish that is already peeling off a day after, not even a drop of lotion on my hands, dry hands from their cheap and chemical acetone, and 1 hour and half minutes of my life getting the manicure while getting poked by a wooden stick to clean up the polish around my nails where other salons use a soft brush and acetone to do the same job. Luxury at it’s best. The Spa at Nordstrom is tucked away on the second level. Behind the sound proof doors, and in the treatment areas, there is a peaceful oasis. The staff is always kind and accommodating. Appointments are required but they can often fit you in with little notice – I’ve booked only 12hrs in advance before. Full range spa services with individual massage rooms. There’s a unisex changing area with stalls and lockers. Plus a relaxing, phone free lounge Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Highly recommended.

Went here with a friend for a deep tissue massage and a pedicure. The massage was NOT deep tissue, more like a light Swedish massage and the pedicure was awful. The massage therapist was very nice and friendly but the pedicure lady seemed to hate even being at work. I was shocked because I expected an amazing spa day but it just felt like a huge waste of time and money instead. Take your money and time elsewhere.
