The technician had an abysmal attitude , and told me that they no longer performed gel polish changes, and that I needed a fill, which I did not need angered at the fact that I had my own nails, and that I did not want a fill in, and told me to go back to whomever did my nails originally, because they couldn’t accommodate me.,and I had to leave. I only wanted a cut down, and a polish change. To make a long storyshort, Anyone reading this do not frequent this place.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible experience. They are rude and unprofessional. The lady rushed and cut them unevenly after I said don’t cut them and refused to file them correctly after drawing blood. It was also a sauna in the building with children everywhere. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was exhausting instead. They even tried to make me pay full price for not letting her finish so I had to let another lady finish.

I have been going here for several years now, and it has usually been to get my eyebrows done. I don’t get my nails done too often, but I recently took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time since she is now a teenager. A friend of mine recommended dip nails, so that is what we got. I loved my nails, and they still look good to me. Now, my daughter on the other hand, two of her nails chipped badly within 2 days. The man did her nails, and a lady did mine. Ironically enough, we both got the same thing(dip nails), but our nails were done differently for the same thing. I have seen other reviews, and I guess it just depends on who you go to in the shop. I have always enjoyed my service there for eyebrows, and I would go back to get my nails done again as long as I go to the same lady who just did my nails a couple of weeks ago. My nails still look fresh and new. My daughter had to remove her nails within the same week that she got them done due to the chipping which was extremely noticeable.

I called ahead of time to ensure that they did walk-ins like their business cards asvertise, which I was told they did. I drove the 20 minutes to the location only to be told when I advised what I was looking to have done that I needed an appointment because I had never been to the location before. I asked to set up an appointment and was handed a business card and told to call to set up an appointment. Went into this place to get a fill after being recommended by a few people. I called ahead of time to ensure that they did walk-ins like their business cards asvertise, which I was told they did. Another customer spoke up and agreed the polish looked terrible. My cuticles were barely cut in the manicure. It looked like I didn’t have a manicure at all. The service was horrible. I have never had a manicure look this terrible. When I asked them to redo the polish, she huffed and puffed and told me it was fine. Another customer spoke up and agreed the polish looked terrible. My cuticles were barely cut in the manicure. It looked like I didn’t have a manicure at all.
