The spa is beautiful and clean. The massage however was awful. It was so incredibly painful and both my sister and I were in pain during and after our massages. We felt bruised and like someone had run us over with a car. We wanted to treat ourselves for a sister spa day but it was definitely not the experience we were hoping for. I would have given the spa one star but the pedicure was nice and we didn’t have any issues with that service. I just wouldn’t return for a massage.

The massage and relaxing room are nice but don’t get nails done here it’s a waste of money. The massage chair was broken and so uptight it’s like sitting on a school bus. No nail dryer either! My nails were tacky sticky for about 4 hours and are covered with cotton from my robe and towel.

Donna is an exceptional masseuse and has been a pleasure to have at Spa Evangeline. I had had two deep tissue massages with her and each time has been filled with utter relaxation. She always makes it a point to focus on my targeted areas and l always feel much more centered and at ease after my sessions. She has a great attitude and outstanding customer service skills. Definitely a 10/10!

Tried to make an appointment online, sent a message detailing the date and approximate times and was told to call back to schedule. When I called back I was told they are closed that day. Why was that not communicated via voicemail? I would have known to start looking elsewhere instead of wasting time. Sounds like the front desk needs additional training.

A great experience for special occasions. Bern’s never disappoints with a complementary glass of delicious wine. The ambiance was enhanced by the sweet smell from, Tipsy Candle Companie’s, Southern Comfort candle. My pedicure was perfect with two leg massages. I received this as a gift. It was pricier than a regular pedicure but worth it for a special treat.

Expensive so be careful which therapist you get. Mine was was awful. Very rough. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and mine was anything but. She also didn’t plan correctly because she ran our of time and didn’t even get to the back of my lower legs. The worse part is they automatically charge you 17% gratuity so it doesn’t matter to them because they get their full tip regardless of how good or bad they are. I won’t be going back!!

I came here for a couples massage with my girlfriend after spending the weekend in Tampa. The service was top notch and I even got to enjoy a nice bourbon while getting my first pedicure! Everyone here was overly accommodating and Tameka was an absolute pleasure to talk to during our pedicure. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a relaxing morning or afternoon.

What an amazing experience! As soon as you walk in the relaxing smell that’s in the air just puts you at ease. Greeted by 2 friendly front desk staff. One of the ladies gave me a tour of the ladies locker room and explained what I was to expect. Changed into a super soft plush robe. Waited for my massage therapist to get me from their relaxation room. Staff was super attentive! Asking if I needed water or wanted a snack before my service since I arrived really early for my appointment. I really enjoyed the relaxation room as it lives up to its name! My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! Really like that when I changed back into my robe my masseuse was waiting with a glass of water for me outside the door and then brought me a glass champagne. Was an amazing experience from beginning to end! Can’t wait to go back!
