First time to this location, and, by far, the best no-chip manicure I have had. They took their time and I saw a very large difference in how they took care of my nails compared to other. This is my first time writing a review but I feel this particular situation deserves one. I’m sad to write this review because I have been going here for years. Truly, I loved this place! Today, I went in to my scheduled appt which was scheduled for 5:15pm and I showed up early. I checked in with receptionist and acknowledged that I arrived early and said that I’d just pick my color. I was not expecting to be serviced early. I knew I’d wait. I think they thought because I arrived early, I expected to be serviced right away. So, a nail tech rudely and publicly yelled at me because I was taking my time picking my nail color. I told her I didn’t mind waiting for my actual appt time but she ignored me and returned to her station. When I went to sit down at the station, she yelled across the room and stated that she just couldn’t do my nails as she walked away. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. So unfortunate! I ended up leaving without being serviced. This is not the first time this one particular nail tech has given major attitude. As you can imagine, I will no longer go to this establishment. I am truly saddened and frustrated by this because I have gone there for 7+ years. I have even referred clients to them. My mother and I are regulars and are known by name. So, this one stings!

I received service this past Friday, and I received by far the worst service at a nail salon. My sister and I decided to spend sometime together by coming here, and we received a bunch of eye rolls and attitude throughout our service. My tech, would give me the most angriest of look if I didn’t do what she instructed in the second. This is not even half of our bad experience, but I refuse to give this place anymore of my time.

First time getting a pedicure in Logan Square and this location did not disappoint. Appointment was on time. There were masks being worn, social distancing being practiced, and the pedicure was fantastic. They took their time and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I decided to be bold and get color and it turned out great! Will definitely be returning.
