Critical: ProfessionalismI got a membership and was not told that you could not cancel your membership until you had paid for 3 months of tanning. When I went in to cancel my membership after a month, they were very rude to me and extremely inconsiderate. I now will have to pay $5 a month to “freeze” my account just to ultimately cancel my membership. I was reprimanded for asking questions about how MY money was going to be charged. I got a membership and was not told that you could not cancel your membership until you had paid for 3 months of tanning. When I went in to cancel my membership after a month, they were very rude to me and extremely inconsiderate. The equipment is great and the staff is awesome!!! They are so friendly and helpful. Drive 40 minutes one way to tan so definitely would not waste my time and gas if this place wasn’t great. Thanks for wonderful customer service!!

Pretty displeased, I payed over $70 for three visits and during my second visit this morning I noticed one of the shoulder bulbs was out. I informed the staff and was thanked for letting her know. I didn’t think much more about it until I got out of the shower this afternoon and see that there is a noticable difference on my right shoulder and upper arm. I definitely expected more from an upscale tanning salon. There are a lot of cheaper alternatives in Statesboro but chose this place thinking it would be a better quality.

I tried the 7 day trial, I never waited, I was in and out . All the staff are very professional but Skyla was awesome, everything she recommended worked great. South Beach is the best .

This tanning salon is very inconsistent. All the associates do is try to make you spend more and more money, EXTREMELY pushy. The prices are outrageous and the associates are not all on the same page. I was told my spray tan that came with my initial membership didn’t expire until the end of last month, when actually, I went in to use it and was told it had already expired. I also bought a lotion after being told I would get a month of free tanning, which I even verified meant the month of May would be free and was told yes. This was untrue. I went in and they told me my time was up even though it had only been 22 days, not 30/the month of May. I am tired of their incorrect answers which make me feel like they will say anything to make you spend more money.
