Used Sousan for laser hair removal before at several places but I don’t get the best results. I still have a lot of hair. My friend recommended me Sousan for Laser hair removal, last Friday was my second treatment, it down almost 60% of my hair is gone and The laser is so powerful. This spa is super spotless And Maria And Teresa they work so hard. I recommend it to everybody good to go get a laser hair removal with this place. Definitely go back.

I was going there for my facials but they ruined my skin and every day I look at my face now and feel very depressed at how it looks. I would get the hydrofacials and even though the lady that performed the facial is very nice but you have to know when you’re handinling the face you have to be very gentle I thought that was common sense for a professional working in a med spa and unfortunately when doing extractions she got very aggressive with Dave with the tool and it caused my face to scar and have very large holes. I break out but never had visible large acne scars like that until after the facials. Now I’ve been googling to find a method to help eliminate these scars because I hate how I look. I would be very careful when getting services there. Also, I got the skin tightening treatment and one area that was treated was upper eyelids which now I also have scars there Whixu I didn’t have before. It’s unfortunate somewhere like this where I spent so much of my money has caused me to hate my face. I’m going to dermatologist to see what she suggests to do to my face to help make it look better.

She conned me out of $1000. Made me pay cash for a service that I did NOT need for a discount only to not show up nor did she reschedule. For the other service that I paid with my card, I was able to get my money back from my card company as I had to dispute the charge. I reported her to the BBB and she would not reply (Sousan, the owner). She took my kindness for weakness and I am about to report her to the police as what she did was steal from me.
