I have regular deep tissue massages from Lindsay. Although during the massage the areas being massaged may smart somewhat,..by the end of the massage I feel much better than when I came in, and for the following week I feel much better than before the massage. She does a very good and professional massage well worth my time several times a month.

Lindsay does an excellent job getting deep into the muscle and hitting the trigger points that need to be released. I had an extremely stiff right upper back from years of heavy lifting and bad postural habits. I went to this place and after a few different visits, I walked out with my right side which was the side that was originally the problem, feeling way better than the left side, proving how much progress I made.Lindsay is resourceful and a hard worker who is willing to work with you at making continious improvement to your life mentally and physically. I get really good service when I go to Soul Acension Massage and Shamanics and I go there frequently for deep tissue muscle massages after really intense days of working out. Lindsay does an excellent job getting deep into the muscle and hitting the trigger points that need to be released.
