Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have gotten several good pedicures at this place, but just asked for a simple design on a gel manicure and they told me they could not do a simple design, but they tried anyway and it was the worst pmanicure of my life. It looks terrible even after asking her to fix it several times and she left me bleeding. I have gotten several good pedicures at this place, but just asked for a simple design on a gel manicure and they told me they could not do a simple design, but they tried anyway and it was the worst pmanicure of my life. It looks terrible even after asking her to fix it several times and she left me bleeding. It was a huge waste of money and time – I will not be coming back.

Secondly, the shape he gave my nails was horrible and does not look good at all. Finally the color of the dip I selected was WAY off, did not appear even CLOSE to the one I selected. I did not have a good experience at this place whatsoever. First of all, he cut both of my thumbs and made them bleed. Now they look horrible. Secondly, the shape he gave my nails was horrible and does not look good at all. Finally the color of the dip I selected was WAY off, did not appear even CLOSE to the one I selected.
