I had an absolutely terrible experience at this spa. The esthetician was abrasive and rude from the moment I walked in. I am pregnant and she didn’t seem to know that it isn’t recommended to lay flat on your back after a certain gestation. When I mentioned this request she met me with “it wasn’t written in your notes” and made me feel like a bother for requesting a different accommodation. I did let the registration lady know upon scheduling that I was pregnant, so the lack of knowledge surrounding the safety precautions recommended in pregnancy made me uncomfortable to continue with the treatment. Even though this was the final straw, two prior encounters with the esthetician moments before included me asking for a restroom and her saying “do you need me to show you where you’re going because you continue to walk in front of me.” I was a bit shocked by the comment but brushed it off. When I book a $109 facial, I am hoping for a pleasant, kind and relaxing experience. The cost isn’t cheap, so I decided to walk out without further dealing with the poor treatment I was receiving by the esthetician.

Did a couples’ spa party here with some friends. The massage was really good, worked out some big knots in my shoulders. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The foot massage/scrub was also really good. They also gave good breakfast recommendations. The Country Bowl at Sam’s was delicious.

The spa was a bit smaller than i thought it would be but let me tell you big things come in small packages. These ladies were amazing! We got the spa package for 4 people and it was so relaxing.

While our services were fine, it is a little misleading to call themselves a spa. They are a massage parlor. If you’re wanting a complete spa experience with a robe and a relaxation room, this is not it. In fact, they will not even allow someone to sit in the waiting room if they finish before the rest of their party.
