Facial was very good. Was told I would receive some free samples of products I was interested in and an appointment with someone for a treatment I wanted and a business card after my massage and unfortunately didn’t receive any of that at the end of my spa day. So I left a bit disappointed but the lady who did my facial was very nice and I really enjoyed it. Male massage therapist seemed very distracted and not in tune with my body for about 80 percent of my massage. Did not massage arms or feet. Was ten minutes late. Salt room was really cool but there was a dirty cup from a previous person and I noticed a cool machine called halo that I think may have been a humidifier but not sure because no one explained it to me and I didn’t know how to use I paid for two people for half hour in the salt room so it wasn’t like it was the free 15 min offered. Overall good experience and very clean and cute place. Would go back for facial but would want a different massage therapist for the price.

I recently enjoyed a custom facial for the first time here. My service was so relaxing and my aesthetician was really knowledgeable and accommodating. The spa is very well thought and every little detail made the experience that much more luxurious. I wish I could’ve enjoyed everything longer. Next time I’ll book two appointments so I can enjoy the other amenities they offer. I highly recommend treating yourself to a spa day here.

I always have a wonderful experience. Chrissy is always on time, gives recommendations for different things my skin might need and we connect on a personal level. Would recommend her to my friends and the spa as long as she’s there. I won’t see anyone else if she’s not available. The atmosphere of the spa is very relaxing.

I booked a mini little spa day for myself before my upcoming major surgery. I had a Himalayan Salt Stone massage by Joy & she was absolutely phenomenal! She asked questions up front to ensure she would provide me what I was looking for and Her massage pressure was perfect! It’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had!

I booked a couples massage with with all the works it came out to $375 with tip automatically included. Unfortunately our massage was the worst we have ever gotten. later contacted them to let them know our experience and they basically said there was no way your massage was bad because it’s our beat people. Not sure if they just had an off day or what. They only offered 20% off my next service and was not friendly. 20% off my next service doesn’t even cover the automatic tip on the service I had. I won’t be back. I have 2 stars because all the facials I have gotten there were great.

I purchased a gift massage for my girlfriend after a particularly stressful week. She’s no stranger to massages and has enjoyed them around the world because of her profession. Anyway, it was a one hour massage and she came out raving about how wonderful the entire experience was and that she wants to make it a regular on her own dime because of the enjoyment and professionalism experienced. I was gifted a elite massage package for my birthday yesterday, 9/11. I wanted a relaxing day but instead when I showed up, I had no choice in the matter. No choice for the amenities they offered. The girl at the front desk just said it was a 120 minute massage and that was it or I could cancel the service. Not very friendly. This was not what was purchased for me for my birthday.

This review is really for a “no star” service. I bought my guy a Swedish massage package for his birthday which happens to be 9/11. Celebrating his birthday on this day is tough enough and I wanted him to feel pampered. He arrived and was not offered any of the personalized amenities that I paid for. He witnessed lesser treatment and nothing like the package listed. Not cool.
